Smarter Promo Code Flows & Easier Collabs

We’ve released a set of important updates to improve the way creators and brands collaborate on Takefluence. The spotlight this month is on the promo codes, along with cleaner interfaces and smarter moderation flows.

⭐ What’s New for Creators

🔁 Updated Flow for Promo Codes Offers 

Promo code offers are now assigned to a specific platform, not to your entire account. Here’s what that means:

• Orders made with promo codes are attributed to the platform that owned the code at the time of purchase.
  
• To get a promo code, creators now need to submit a request, and the platform must pass moderation first.

📝 Requesting Promo Codes

You can now:

• Submit a request directly on the offer page.
  
• Track your request status:
  
  • On the offer page
    
  • In Promo codes → Promo code requests
    

Status options: Moderation, Confirmed, Rejected

🔑 Where to Find Your Assigned Promo Code

Once approved, you’ll see the promo code keyword:

• In Promo codes → My promo codes
  
• In the confirmed request under Promo code requests
  
• On the offer detail page
  
• In the email notification confirming the assignment
  

You’ll also receive emails if your code is revoked or deactivated.

💼 What’s New for Brands

🗂 New Sections in the Brand Account

You’ll now see two new sections in your menu:

• Collaborations — all creator proposals that require your decision
  
• Promo codes — manage creator requests:
  
  • Requests awaiting decision — pending your review
    
  • Processed requests — already confirmed or rejected

🚫 Out of Promo Codes Indicator

If an offer runs out of active promo codes, the status “Out of promo codes” is now displayed on the dashboard and in the requests tab.

 👉 Requests for that offer can only be rejected — the Confirm button is disabled.

📊 Report Simplification

We’ve streamlined the Reports section to make things easier:

• Collaboration content report — shows completed, expired, rejected, or pending collabs
  
• Promo code report — shows all orders tracked via promo codes
