At Takefluence, we’re constantly evolving to better serve your needs. We know how important it is to ensure that every piece of content represents your brand perfectly. We’re excited to introduce a new content moderation feature that gives you more control over your collaborations!

Brands can now review the content submitted by creators before it goes live, providing feedback when needed and ensuring the final product aligns with your brand’s voice. Let’s walk through the new process step by step!

By enabling the Content Review Required feature, you can ensure that no content goes live without your explicit approval, giving you full control over your brand’s presence.

Step 1: Launching a Campaign

When creating a new offer, brands now have the option to enable Content Review. This setting allows you to approve the content created by influencers before it’s published. You’ll find this option in both the campaign setup process and in your admin panel.

Step 2: Creator Platform Moderation

Before creators can participate in your campaign, their platform will undergo moderation. This is the first layer of quality control where we ensure that the creators you’re working with meet the required standards.

  • 👀 Platform Review: Once a creator applies to participate in your campaign, you get the link to their social media and is able to check the creator’s platform for authenticity, content quality, and alignment with your brand’s values.
  • Approval: Once their platform is approved, creators can proceed to collaborate on your offer.
  • Rejection: If you decide that a creator is not relevant for your offer, you can choose to reject their profile. Rejection of a creator’s platform requires you to specify the reason for this action.

Step 3: Content Submission and Review

Once the creator submits content for your campaign, it enters a new Content Review Process. Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Status: Awaiting Decision

The content will be visible in your Reports section under Awaiting Decision. You’ll have the option to either:

  • Approve the content, allowing the creator to proceed with posting.
  • Reject the content if changes are needed. You’ll be required to provide specific feedback explaining why the content was rejected. This feedback will be sent directly to the creator.

2️⃣ Status: Rejected

If the content is rejected, the creator will see the reason for rejection along with your feedback. They can then revise their content and submit it again for approval. This transparency ensures that both parties are on the same page and allows creators to make the necessary adjustments efficiently.

Step 4: Final Approval

Once the content meets your expectations, you can approve it, and the creator can proceed to publish the content across their channels. 🎉

Limits on Content Rejection

To keep the process streamlined and ensure a smooth collaboration, we’ve introduced limits on how many times content can be rejected and resubmitted:

  • You can reject content up to 2 times.
Each time you reject the content, you must provide feedback explaining what needs to be corrected. The creator will see this feedback and can make changes before resubmitting the content.
  • On the third rejection, the collaboration is canceled.
If content is rejected for the third time, the collaboration is automatically canceled, and the funds are returned to your brand’s balance. This ensures that both parties remain efficient and focused on delivering quality content within a reasonable timeframe.

What Happens If a Creator Doesn’t Submit Content?

To prevent delays, there is a time limit for content submission. If a creator does not upload their content for review within the allotted time, the collaboration will be canceled.

Why This Update Matters

This new feature is a game-changer for brands looking to maintain complete control over their influencer collaborations. By allowing you to review content before it’s posted, you can ensure it meets your standards and communicates your message effectively.

We’re committed to making Takefluence the go-to platform for smooth and successful influencer marketing campaigns. This update is just one of the many ways we’re responding to your feedback and continuously improving the platform to better serve your needs.
