What you’ll actually do

The work has four moving parts that repeat each week. Your Team Lead breaks it into 2–4 specific tasks, you knock them out on your own schedule.

1. Find creators who fit the brief — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, sometimes Telegram. Niche, audience size, and language matter.
2. Reach out using the templates we provide. DM, comment, email — whatever the creator responds to.
3. Help them onboard — walk them through signup, link generation, content basics. Most onboarding takes 10–15 minutes per creator.
4. Follow up a few days later. Make sure they posted, surface a fresh brand offer that fits them, keep the momentum.

If you already follow creators in your region, you’ve got 80% of the skill set. The rest is just process — we’ll teach it.

How you get paid

Your payout matches your progress. The weekly base is up to $125 — you earn the share you complete, no all-or-nothing cliff:

Four full weeks at the top rate add up to up to $500/month. You’re paid monthly, for the previous month’s completed tasks.

FAQ

Do I need experience in marketing or working with influencers?

No. The most important thing is being able to find creators and communicate with them clearly. We provide outreach scripts, a platform guide, and a Team Lead who walks you through everything before you start.

What if I don’t know any creators right now?

That’s fine. Most creators are reachable through direct messages on Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms. Your Team Lead shows you how to find and approach creators who are a good fit. No existing network needed to start.

What exactly are the weekly tasks?

Specific and measurable — for example: get 4 creators fully set up with brand links this week, get 7 publications live, or get 2 publications to generate a confirmed sale. Tasks are matched to where you currently are.

Is this a job or a contract?

It’s a contract role — paid monthly, and you work as a freelancer or sole trader. We don’t currently offer full employment for this position.

Where are you accepting applications from?

We prioritise creators in or primarily posting for UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Ukraine, or Poland — with a strong focus on Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle creators in MENA. You can apply from anywhere if you can reach creators in those markets.
