Terms & Conditions – Yatra E-Gift Vouchers (EGV) Validity &Redemption ● EGV is valid for 45 days from the date of issue. ● EGV can be redeemed only on www.yatra.com for Domestic and International Flight bookings. ● Not valid on Hotels, Holidays, Buses, or Prime Bookings. ● EGV is valid for one-time redemption only. How to Redeem ● Visit www.yatra.com and search for your flight. ● Proceed to the payment page after entering all details. ● Select Gift Voucher as the payment mode. ● Enter the 16-digit EGV/Card Number and 6-digit PIN. ● Click on “Redeem Gift Card” and pay any balance amount (if applicable) using other available payment options. Usage Guidelines ● If the booking amount is less than the value of the EGV, only the booking amount will be deducted; the remaining value will be forfeited. ● Multiple EGVs cannot be used in a single transaction. ● EGV cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions on Yatra.com. ● Any applicable convenience fees, government taxes, or extra charges will be payable separately if the cost exceeds the EGV value. ● No cash or credit will be given for any unused balance or cancelled vouchers. Cancellations & Refunds ● In case of transaction failure after applying the EGV, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same EGV. ● In case of booking cancellations where the EGV has expired, no refund will be issued for the EGV amount. ● EGV once issued, cannot be exchanged, refunded, or revalidated after expiry. Important Disclaimers ● Lost or stolen EGVs will not be replaced or compensated by Yatra. ● This EGV is for individual use only. Usage by travel agents will result in cancellation of booking without refund. ● Yatra is not liable for any price difference between the time of voucher redemption and actual booking. ● Bookings are subject to availability and standard booking T;Cs of Yatra.com and respective service providers.
